What our 3D product rendering covers
Photographing every colour and variant of a product is slow and expensive – especially before production samples exist. With a 3D model, each new colour or angle is just another render. We build or clean the model (from STEP, SolidWorks, Rhino or photos), set up accurate materials, and render consistent images for your store, marketplace listings, packaging and ads.
E-commerce images follow marketplace rules. Amazon, for example, requires a pure white background (RGB 255,255,255) for the main image, with the product filling most of the frame. We set up a studio template so every product in your catalogue has the same lighting, camera and shadow style.
If the product does not exist in CAD yet, our 3D CAD design team can model it. For furniture specifically, see 3D furniture rendering.

3D Product Rendering standards in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia
We set up every project on the standard of the country where it will be built or manufactured. These are the references we work to most often:
| Country | Standards and codes we draft 3D product rendering to |
|---|---|
| USA | Amazon and Walmart Marketplace image requirements (white background, size, product fill); FTC rules on accurate representation |
| UK | Amazon.co.uk image rules; ASA/CAP code on accurate product representation |
| Canada | Amazon.ca image requirements; Competition Act rules on misleading representation |
| Australia | Amazon.com.au image rules; Australian Consumer Law on misleading images |
How our 3D product rendering process works
- 1Send your files
Upload sketches, PDFs, markups, photos, scans or a model through the quote form. Tell us the standard (US, UK, Canada or Australia) and the deadline.
- 2Fixed quote in hours
We review the scope and reply with a fixed price, the deliverables list and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you approve it.
- 3Drafting & modeling
Your project is drawn in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, SolidWorks or the software you use, on your title block, layers and templates.
- 4QA check
A second drafter checks dimensions, annotations, layer standards, sheet numbering and cross-references against your input before anything is sent.
- 5Delivery & revisions
You receive native files plus PDFs. Comments come back as markups and we revise them quickly until the set matches the brief.
Turnaround and pricing
A set of 5–7 e-commerce images per product typically takes 2–4 business days once the model is ready. Every job is priced as a fixed quote after we review your files, so you know the cost and the delivery date before work starts. See how our pricing works, or send your files through the quote form for a quick estimate.
