What we do
DraftPoint CAD provides outsourced CAD drafting, BIM modeling, 3D rendering and structural, civil and MEP drawings for clients in the USA, UK, Canada and Australia. We were set up for a simple reason: good drafting capacity is hard to find, slow to hire and expensive to keep idle between projects. Offices need drafters who follow their standards, communicate clearly and deliver on time – and only when the work is there.
Our team works remotely from Pakistan. The time difference is part of the service: our working day ends before the US day starts, and overlaps with UK mornings and Australian afternoons, so work can move forward around the clock.
How we work
- Your standards first. Every project starts with your template, title block and CAD or BIM standard.
- Fixed quotes. You know the price, scope and delivery date before work starts.
- Questions, not guesses. When information is missing, we ask – in an RFI list, not a phone call every hour.
- Second-drafter QA. Every drawing set is checked by someone who did not draw it.
- Clear responsibility. We are drafters and modelers. Licensed architects and engineers on your project keep design responsibility and sign the drawings where the law requires it.
